Summary
Days after the attack, Dragon Knights and soldiers are cleaning up the port from the attack while the nobles estimate the results of the aftermath.
The Salmak that Luna previously immobilized is missing.
Reihart walks along a corridor and enters a room guarded by a soldier. The room turns out to be where an unconscious Reana is being treated. He asks Janna (who is taking care of her) about Reana's condition who answers that she is stable but has yet to wake up. He then picks up the necklace and places it next to his lips; this action results in emitting thin Flame Veils from the crystal. The people in the building have noticed that Reihart has already visited the person in treatment (Reana) many times every day already.
News has spread of how Reihart was ‘visited by a falling goddess’ when the mysterious light appeared out of nowhere during the assault from many eyewitnesses. Enga tells Ralton of how Reihart's involvement of defeating the giants and his 'meeting with a goddess' has further increased his popularity with the people (especially the women). Lily and Tuli Dorton, reading the news, believe that the 'falling goddess' portion is total rubbish and figures out that the female is actually ‘that Dorton slave girl’. They then create a plan.
Meanwhile, Reana gains consciousness.
